The Retreat

A great out door space where you can view our Thousand Heart project wall mural.

The Retreat Rooftop Garden provides a quiet space with a wide range of sensory experiences where visitors can immerse themselves in the scents, textures and colours of this relaxing space.

Designed for all customers to enjoy, The Retreat has been developed in close partnership with Telford Autism Hub who also named the garden. Many people with ASD have difficulties in processing everyday sensory information so the garden has been designed as a lovely area of escape. 

This is one of many autism friendly changes throughout Telford Centre which also includes our Autism Champion Training. The Champions are be the first point of contact within the centre if anyone needs help, support or signposting to other organisations that can help. Please ask at our Customer Service Desk for details.

Located on 3rd floor of the Next car park, by Frasers, The Retreat is open daily.
