Following announcements by the Government on Monday 23rd November, Non-essential retail is permitted to reopen on Wednesday 2nd December.

Our teams have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure we are ready to welcome you back with full Covid safety measures in place.

We know this is a busy time of year for our customers. To assist, we have extended our Late Night opening hours across the festive period. This will begin on Wednesday 2nd December with late night opening until 7pm, late night opening until 9pm on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th December, and late night opening until 7pm on Saturday 5th December. Further extended late nights will continue throughout December.

In the meantime, Telford Centre will remain open for essential stores, click and collect and take away services only. A full list of the stores and services available is included at the bottom of this page.

During this time (up to 1st December), Free Parking will be available at the following car parks:

  • Restaurant and Cinema
  • Debenhams
  • M&S and Primark Car park
  • Central Square Car Park
Long Stay car parks 1,2 and 3 and Next and Zara car park will be closed during this time.
Please note the that Aldi car park, is operated by a separate car park management company, Smart Parking, and fees will still apply at this car park.

Please also be aware of the following measures we have introduced at Telford Centre to help keep you safe:
  • A face covering must be worn in all indoor public spaces including in the centre and in shops and supermarkets. A face covering can include reusable or single-use face coverings. You may also use a scarf, bandana, religious garment or hand-made cloth covering but these must securely fit round the side of the face. Exemptions to wearing a face covering are included on the following link

  • All entrances remain open, apart from Bride Link 1 leading from podium entrance, this will be exit only and rear of New Row entrance will be closed (for entry and exit), next to House of Fraser.
  • Regular and enhanced cleaning of all touch points are being carried out by the centre team
  • All centre staff will conduct best practice hand washing and hygiene procedures
  • A one way, keep right system will be in operation with clear markers on the floor showing which way to walk
  • Stores that remain open will have their own social distancing measures in place
  • Capacities are being monitored throughout the day
  • Stores may need to ask customers to wait to enter, being patient and waiting in the areas indicated will ensure access as quickly as possible
  • Telford Centre opening times are unchanged but individual store opening times may vary. Please check with stores direct before your visit
  • If travelling by car, visitors should park as close to the shops they want to visit as they can
  • Please wash your hands thoroughly as frequently as possible and use the hand sanitising stations at the entrances and within individual stores.
Unfortunately, at this time, the centre is operating with some services reduced. This includes:
  • Shopmobility will be closed from Thursday 5thNovember 
  • Customer Service Desk will close from Thursday 5thNovember
  • Collect Plus, Kiddie Cars and Gift Cards are not available 
  • Fashion Quarter toilet facility will remain open, including male, female and accessible toilet and baby change room. Please note the baby change room is for changing purposes only. There will be no feeding room available under the restricted facilities

  • McDonalds, open for take out orders from 7am to 10pm and deliveries through Uber and Just eats 7am to 11pm 7 days a week
