Information Desks
The Customer Service Desk is located to the side of Boots and opposite Pandora. The desk offers customer service assistance, directions in and around the Centre and Telford Centre Gift Card sales and support. The desk will be open at the following times:
- Monday: 9am - 6pm
- Tuesday: 9am – 6pm
- Wednesday: 9am – 6pm
- Thursday: 9am – 8pm
- Friday: 9am – 6pm
- Saturday: 9am – 6pm
- Sunday: 10.30am – 4.30pm
Collect Plus
You can now send your Collect Plus orders for collection at Telford Centre. As well as the extensive click and collect services from many of our stores, Telford Centre is now a Collect Plus delivery destination adding even more convenience to your shopping needs.
Collect Plus items can be collected or delivered for return at our Customer Service desk (located to the side of Boots and opposite Pandora) at the below times. Please ensure you have your delivery confirmation and ID with you on arrival.

Phone Chargers
Low on battery? Charge on the move at Telford Centre with Joos!
Joos allows you to charge on the move, meaning you can always use your phone to stay connected, make payments and more - all without having to wait by a plug in the wall or locking your phone away!
You can pick up a Joos power bank at the Joos station located opposite Halifax.
Scan the QR code or use your contactless card and rent a power bank for only £3 for one hour!
Once charged, simply press the return button on the Joos station, and push the power bank into the slot with the blinking light.
Download the Joos app on iPhone or Android to keep track of your order, to locate your nearest Joos station and to take advantage of our coupons & promotions.

Car Valeting
Inter Car Cleaning is passionate about Var Cleaning and aims to exceed its customers expectations at all times.
Specialising in offering its customer the complete car cleaning solution, meeting all Environmental Agency, Local Authority, Health & Safety and legal requirements and using only the highest quality 'Auotoglym(TM)' valeting products to ensure a near showroom finish to every vehicle.
They are located on level 1 Next and Zara Car Park.
InPost Lockers

Missed a delivery while you've been at work? Not got round to getting to the post office during your break? No worries!
We've partnered with InPost to bring parcel lockers to the centre to make online shopping and sending parcels super easy.
Lockers are located on Short Stay 1 near to McDonalds and to the side of M&S opposite Frasers.
Free WiFi Access
Free WiFi is available for our visitors throughout our malls to enjoy during your visit. Some restrictions apply and registration required for access. To access our WiFi service, please search for Telford Centre WiFi via your phones settings menu - please check individual phone manual for details. Full terms and conditions of access are listed at time of registration and via our legals page.
Security
The Centre is permanently manned 24 hours a day by security control officers and CCTV. As part of their work they support our admission policy which can be downloaded here in PDF format.
Award-Winning Toilet Facilities
Toilets can be found near Poundland, to the side of M&S opposite Frasers and by our Fashion Quarter entrance, which now also includes a Changing Places facility. Customer toilets are also available in Marks and Spencer and Frasers.
Accessible toilet facilities can be found in our facilities to the side of M&S opposite Frasers and near Poundland.
All our toilets have platinum rating from the loo of the year national survey system.
