At Telford Centre we pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience for all the family.
Parent and Baby Changing Room
The Parent and baby changing room is located by the Southwater entrance and is open as follows:
- Monday to Saturday, 9.30am - 6pm
- Sunday, 10.30am - 4.30pm.
The following facilities are available:
- Private Feeding Area
- Baby Change Area (Additional Baby Change facilities are also available at the Fashion Quarter)
- Seating at the front of the Parent Room which can also be used for feeding
- Parent and child toilet facility
Telford Centre has ranked 4th in the top 10 of the UK's most breastfeeding friendly shopping centre's in the 'Breast of Britain', Lansinoh awards.
Kiddie Cars
To enhance your family shopping experience, Telford Centre offers a fleet of Kiddie Cars for hire. Providing an interesting and safe way for you and your children to explore the Centre, these unique themed cars are a great and fun way for you to shop with your children allowing you to roam throughout the centre as they play.
The Kiddie Cars are available to hire, single cars can be hired for £4 for up to 2 hours and an additional £1 every hour or part hour thereafter, double cars can be hired for £6 for up to 2 hours, and an additional £1 ever hour or part hour thereafter. For further information and token please visit our Customer Service Desk located to the side of Boots and opposite Pandora.
Award-Winning Toilet Facilities
Toilets can be found near Poundland, to the side of M&S and by our Bus Station entrance, which now also includes a Changing Places facility. Customer toilets are also available in Marks and Spencer and Frasers.
Accessible toilet facilities can be found in our facilities to the side of M&S and near Poundland.
All our toilets have a platinum rating from the loo of the year national survey system.
Quiet Hour
We have a quieter time to shop on Saturday's, between 9.00am – 10.00am and Tuesday 16.00pm - 17.00pm each week.
Customers will find the mall areas and stores less noisy. Music is turned off where possible, providing a more welcoming experience for customers.
Quiet Room
Visit our Quiet Room, located within our Shopmobility Unit, and experience dimmed lighting and soft furnishings. The room also provides a quiet space for people affected by autism if they require some time out from a busy shopping environment.
Parents and Children Parking
We have specially marked car parking spaces, designed to make parking easier for parents with small children, these can be found on Short Stay 1 and Next and Zara car parks.
